Excellent visibility for AF2E members in the bakery, pastry, and snacking sector at SIRHA BAKE & SNACK 2026
The French know-how and expertise of AF2E members were showcased at SIRHA BAKE & SNACK, the international hub for bakery, pastry, and snack professionals, which took place from January 18 to 21, 2026, at the Porte de Versailles in Paris.
With over 30,000 trade visitors, Sirha Bake & Snack confirms its position as the key event for imagining and building the future of bakeries and bakery-style restaurants.
Nine of our members, who are also members of our partner EKIP, were present to showcase their latest innovations : ARIA CONSTRUCTEUR, EKIP, FOURS FRINGAND, HENGEL, HUBERT CLOIX, MAE, PANEM, SHICK ESTEVE, AND SOREMA.
